We're a small crew of backcountry hunters, weekend campers, and gear-obsessed planners who got tired of half-packed trucks and forgotten essentials at the trailhead. Be Boss & Bonzay Organize started as a personal project to bring real logistics discipline to outdoor preparation — the kind of system an expedition leader keeps in their head, now living on your device.
Our mission is simple: turn "I think I packed everything" into "I know I packed everything." Every trip deserves the same rigor as a real expedition — structured, checked, and ready — without a single detail slipping through the cracks between now and departure day.
Inside the app, every trip becomes its own project with a full equipment inventory, custom gear categories and containers, packing plans, procurement workflows, and maintenance logs to track condition over time. Build seasonal templates once and reuse them for every future outing, keep a searchable field notes library for techniques and safety practices, and lean on interactive checklists and progress tracking to move from "planning" to "ready" with confidence.

Information We Collect
We do not collect any personal information. There are no user accounts, no names, no email addresses, no geolocation tracking, and no usage analytics. Every project, equipment inventory, packing plan, procurement list, maintenance log, and field note you create is generated and stored entirely on your own device.
How We Use Information
Because we don't collect any data, we have nothing to use, analyze, aggregate, or sell. Every feature — from custom gear categories to seasonal templates and interactive checklists — runs entirely on-device, with no information ever transmitted to us or anyone else.
Data Storage
All app data, including trip projects, gear containers, budgets, and your searchable notes library, is stored locally in the app's storage on your device. There is no cloud sync, no remote database, and no server that receives or retains any of your information.
Third-Party Services
This app does not integrate third-party analytics platforms, advertising networks, tracking SDKs, or external data-sharing services of any kind. Nothing you enter is passed to outside companies.
Data Security
Because your information never leaves your device, there is no transmission for anyone to intercept and no remote server for anyone to breach. Your data's security is tied directly to the security of your own device.
Children's Privacy
This app does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children under the age of 13, because it does not collect information from any user at all. The app is fully compliant with COPPA by design, as no personal data collection mechanism exists anywhere in the product.
Your Control
You are always in complete control of your data. Since everything lives locally, deleting the app removes all associated project, inventory, and notes data with it. There are no cloud backups or linked accounts to manage, because none exist.

We may occasionally update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the app's features. Any update will include a revised effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
